If you order multiple items, including both pre-order and in-stock items, at the same time, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are in stock. Please note that we cannot process individual shipments for in-stock items.
■ A flat shipping fee of 330 yen (tax included) applies nationwide.
*For Okinawa and remote islands, the fee will be 1,700 yen (tax included).
★ Please note that the following cash-on-delivery (COD) fees will be charged separately.

■ Designated Delivery Time Slots: You can choose from 5 time slots: "Morning," "14:00-16:00," "16:00-18:00," "18:00-20:00," and "19:00-21:00."
■ Designated Delivery Date: Generally, you can specify a date from 3 to 7 days after the order date.
■ Holidays: Saturdays / Sundays / Public Holidays / Summer Holidays / Winter Holidays
■ Important: Orders placed the day before a holiday (Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday) will be shipped on the next business day (after the holiday). Additionally, during long holiday periods or around New Year's, business hours may differ from usual. If there are changes to business hours, we will announce the detailed schedule in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please check the NEWS section on our official website.
Example: For orders placed on a regular Saturday, the earliest possible delivery date is Tuesday. Delivery cannot be specified for Sunday or the following Monday.
*Same-day shipping is not possible. The earliest shipping will be on the next business day.
