*A minimum of one item must be purchased per person.
(For example, taking a photo with two or more people with only one item is not allowed, but children under 12 years old can be included in the photo.)
*Please note that due to expected congestion on the day, photo sessions will be limited to one per person.
●In-store pre-purchase *Acceptance begins November 18th
*We cannot accept returns for reasons of non-participation in the event after pre-purchase registration.
●Online pre-purchase *Acceptance begins November 17th
*When placing your order, please be sure to include "Event participation request" and "Participant's name" in the memo field.
*Please bring the numbered ticket enclosed with your product to the event on the day.
*If you wish to participate in the event and have ordered the pre-order item "Chiimero All-Over Print Collaboration Hoodie," we will send you an image of the numbered ticket via email separately, so please present it to the staff on the day. Also, the voice cheki bonus will be shipped with the product.

*Once the capacity is reached, event participation requests will close, so we recommend pre-purchasing if you wish to participate.
*On the day of the event, we will guide those with earlier numbered tickets first, regardless of waiting order.
Please be aware that the order of guidance may not be strictly sequential.
*Please note that the order of numbered tickets may vary between in-store pre-purchases and online pre-purchases due to our verification status.
To prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, we will implement the following measures.
Please cooperate with our efforts to prevent infection by following staff instructions on the day.
・All staff will wear masks.
・Customers are requested to wear masks and use alcohol disinfectant.
(Customers who do not wear masks or refuse alcohol disinfection will be denied entry and event participation.
Even customers who have made a purchase will be denied event participation if they do not wear a mask. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.)
・If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, fatigue, cough, or other symptoms.
(Customers who do not attend the event will have their ordered products mailed sequentially to the address registered at the time of purchase at a later date.)
・Measures to prevent droplet infection, such as installing acrylic panels or vinyl sheets in face-to-face areas.
・Please refrain from loud voices (cheering, etc.).
・To ensure the safety of customers and employees, we may implement admission restrictions.
You will be asked to wait in the aisle outside the store, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
